'Within the first 5 seconds I knew! ..It was big, it was phat, it was round, it was analog. It had an analog feel to it and you could tell immediately!'

Mixbus 32C – Bringing Premium Analogue Console Style Mixing to the DAW! Harrison Mixbus 32c. Last updated on February 8, 2021 by Drew Swisher. Mixbus is the perfect DAW for analog lovers who want a more affordable, digital alternative to bulky consoles. Harrison have been making inline mixing consoles since the early 1970’s, and they’ve got it down to a science. From Herbie Hancock to Smashing Pumpkins.

Over the last 40 years, Harrison consoles have earned an enviable reputation for excellence throughout the world. This is no accident. Such a level of acceptance can only be gained as a product proves its maturity through performance in the field. This real-time reputation is, without a doubt, the best measure of a product's true worth. For example, the world renowned Harrison 32C analog console was used on records such as Michael Jackson’s 'Thriller', Paul Simon’s 'Graceland', Janet Jackson, AC/DC, ABBA, Queen, Led Zeppelin, ELO, Genesis, Blondie, and Supertramp, to name a few. It was also instrumental in establishing the sound of those amazing records. Many of those consoles are still in operation throughout the world.

Mixbus32C is a full-featured workstation with a re-creation of the Harrison 32C mixer.

Due to its traditional knob-per-function layout, the most commonly used controls are displayed and are accessible at all times using a rich, high contrast, GUI design that gracefully and accurately emulates the original hardware version of the Harrison 32C console. This traditional layout not only looks good but allows the engineer to approach the console as if it were a musical instrument, directly affecting the art of mixing and contributing greatly to the success of any given mix.

Harrison has pioneered the use of high performance computer technology over the last 20 years to provide unmatched processing power in the world's largest mixing environments. By keeping up with these incremental technological steps through the decades, Harrison can now faithfully emulate the beautifully-designed analog signal processing designs of the past and incorporate them into a full function 'True Analog' mixing console within the digital audio workstation environment.

With the WordPad file open in Word, click 'File,' and select 'Save As.' At the bottom of the dialog box, you will see a field titled, 'Save as type.' Click on the arrow to the right of the drop-down box, and select 'Word Document (.doc or.docx).' Open any version of Microsoft Word you want to use. Converting WordPad. Wordpad to word pdf.

Each Mixbus32C channel strip incorporates an exact emulation of the original Harrison 32C parametric four-band sweepable EQ with a separately switchable filter section including second order high-pass and low-pass filters. Every resistor, capacitor, and transistor was modeled. It was impossible to run this complex DSP on every channel strip just 5 years ago.

Hello. I have been Mixbus user since early 2 and the 32C v3 has totally changed my workflow. As you know what Avid did to its loyal customers I decided to say goodbye to ProTools awhile ago - went to Logic. And it is great for songwriting. But mixing with MB32C is so good sounding that I have decided to change my workflow. Also, the crappy Artist Mix blew at the same time.
So I am going to get some new faders and knobs and I am wondering what would be wise one to choose?? X-touch could be the one because we have X32 Rack in our live room. Faderport? Icon?
Please, let's not start debate of Best Manufacturer, but let's have a discussion of integration, customisation and workflow.
I will also try to create the 'mixing' OSC. Just waiting for the 32C v4 to be released. Will share it to you all after there is something to share
Thanks in advance, great mixing to y'all !!!
