• Guests aged 17 years old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
• Pets are allowed.
• The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.

• No pets are allowed in rentals.
• As of June 26, 2020, all guests are required to complete a Health Questionnaire (found here: https://rvonthego.com/images//PDF/NHCOVID-19HealthQuestionnairev1.pdf) prior to their stay with us. Return the completed form at the Ranger Station or front office.
• No smoking is allowed in rentals.
• There is a $100 cash security deposit due upon check in that will be returned when you leave, providing there is no damage to the rental.
• There is a lodging tax rate of 9% for Rentals.

• Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of $250. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
• Rates based on 4 people (2 adults/2 children).
• Prices and site type are subject to availability.
• The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.

• If you cancel your reservation 14 or more days prior to arrival, you will be charged a $25 administrative fee.
• If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit, up to a maximum of $250.
• In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
• No refunds will be issued for early check-out.

• RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
• Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
• Daily and weekly reservations: for cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to $250.
• Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.
